VAPRase Reaction Mix: 
1ul VAPRase
1ul 10mM dNTP
5ul 10X buffer (2mM MgSO4 final) 
5ng Template
200nM Forward Primer
200nM Reverse Primer
Xul H2O

VAPRase PCR Conditions:
Denaturation 2:00 at 98C
Denaturation 0:30/0:10 at 98C
Anneal 0:10 at (primer specific)
Extend (template dependent - 1kb every 0:15) at 72C
Extend (3X above Extension time) at 72C

TAQ Reaction Mix:
1ul Taq
1ul 10mM dNTP
5ul 10X buffer (2mM MgSO4 final) 
5ng Template
200nM Forward Primer
200nM Reverse Primer
Xul H2O

TAQ PCR Conditions:
Denaturation 2:00 at 92C
Denaturation 0:30 at 92C
Anneal 0:30 at (primer specific)
Extend (template dependent - 1kb every 1:00) at 68C
Extend (3X above Extension time) at 68C
